Vietnamese Foodies prepares to ring in the new year with unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa

Vietnamese Foodies will be welcoming 2024 in style at their downtown Burj Vista location. With an all-inclusive package costing 750 AED for an indoor seat and 1500 AED for an outdoor terrace seat, guests will dine with unhindered views of the Burj Khalifa New Year’s Eve fireworks and laser show with UNLIMITED food & drinks included as well as Live DJ Entertainment  and party favours. 

With a glamorous Carnival theme, the party will run from 8:30pm on December 31st until 3am  on January 1st (food served until 2am) and feature an all-you-can-eat buffet of authentic Vietnamese dishes, unlimited mocktails, soft drinks and iced teas, as well as non-alcoholic beers and red & white grape beverages.  

Featuring a diverse menu encompassing Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Mi, and Goi Cuon (rice paper rolls) among other delights, Vietnamese Foodies culinary offerings draw inspiration from the rich diversity of South Vietnam. The NYE menu will feature an authentic array of starters, salads, mains and desserts with at least four options to choose from for each course. Among the starters on offer will be favourites such as Vegan Spring Rolls and Avocado Wasabi Prawns. Fresh salads include Papaya and Prawn Salad, Grilled Chicken Coriander Salad and Rice Paper Shrimp Rolls.  Vietnamese Foodie’s famous Pho (which is simmered for an impressive 14 hours) will be served three ways (Beef Brisket, Chicken or Vegan), along with Tom Yam Soup for the initial course. Seven main courses will be on offer including Aromatic Roast Duck with Steamed Buns, Sechuan Stir Fry Prawns and Tofu & Eggplant Claypot to ensure that revelers will be spoilt for choice. For a sweet treat, desserts include Flourless Chocolate Cake, Basque Burnt Cheesecake and Matcha Tiramisu among others. For plant-based partiers, vegan options will be available in each course. 

Acclaimed restaurant Vietnamese Foodies is celebrated for its authentic Southern Vietnamese flavours and premium ingredients. Established in the UAE in 2018, the brand made its initial mark with a restaurant in JLT, greeted with immense enthusiasm. It rapidly grew, establishing eateries in some of Dubai’s most coveted locations.
