Each and every year, the success story that is Vietnamese Foodies continues to grow. In the past 12 months, founder and executive chef Lily Hoa Nguyen has opened yet another location, her fifth, located in Dubai Hills Mall.
Just four years ago, Nguyen had one small restaurant in JLT, going on to occupy space in Dubai’s Burj Vista strip, Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah and a place in Time Out Market Dubai.
