Vietnamese Foodies is an award-winning concept created by Owner and Executive Chef, Lily Hoa Nguyen. Since opening doors to its first location in JLT in January 2018, Vietnamese Foodies has now expanded operations to include four other locations for a total of five locations across Dubai.
All Vietnamese Foodies’ locations offer authentic, fresh, naturally healthy, and affordable dishes including Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Banh Mi and Goi Cuon (rice paper rolls) among many others. Each location’s menu takes inspiration from the culinary diversity of Ho Chi Minh City and its abundance of flavorful and affordable dishes.
All dishes are beautifully prepared using the freshest ingredients using classic techniques – including Pho, simmered for 14 hours – with the aromatic flavors of the food transporting diners from Dubai to the bustling streets of the Vietnamese capital. All Vietnamese Foodies’ dishes feature the richness and abundance of textures and flavors that southern Vietnamese cuisine is recognized globally for, as it also features a variety of naturally healthy paleo, vegan, keto, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes, with many dishes cooked in broth or water instead of oil.

Since opening doors to its first location in JLT in January 2018, Vietnamese Foodies has now expanded operations to include four other locations for a total of five locations across Dubai. Vietnamese Foodies’ second location opened on 25th of April 2019, in Downtown Dubai and features sweeping views of the iconic Burj Khalifa. Vietnamese Foodies’ third location opened early 2021 within Time Out Market Dubai in Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai, serving up a select menu of the Chef’s favorite dishes. In December 2021, the restaurant’s fourth location opened within Nakheel Mall on the Palm Jumeirah, and in August 2022, Vietnamese Foodie’s fifth location opened within Dubai Hills Mall.

Situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai on the Boulevard, Vietnamese Foodies’ second location is in the Ground Floor of Burj Vista Residence in Tower 1, which is directly linked to the Dubai Mall Metro station through the pedestrian link to Burj Vista Residence Tower 2. It is also in close proximity to the area’s residential buildings, the commercial center of Emaar Square and is directly opposite to Dubai Opera. This location features an open concept kitchen and roastery with additional and exclusive menu items.
Downtown location offers indoor and outdoor seating with space for 70 diners indoors and 40 diners outdoors. Groups of up to 12 people can be accommodated together on one table indoors while more can be accommodated outdoors. Walk-ins are always welcome!
Vietnamese Foodies’ third location is within Time Out Market Dubai in Souk Al Bahar in Downtown Dubai.
Vietnamese Foodies have a variety of options on their menu that appeal to both adults and children. We have a dedicated kids menu for children, as well as more adventurous options for adults. The ambiance of our restaurant is a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that makes families feel comfortable. The restaurant staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating to families with children. We also provide high chairs, booster seats, colouring paper and crayons or other activities to keep children occupied. We have quick turnaround time for food, so that families with young children don’t have to wait too long for their meals.
Overall, we are welcoming and have an accommodating environment that caters to the needs of both parents and children.
We have two locations that welcome furry friends with our outdoor seating at our Downtown brand and JLT.
Guests have a direct view into the Vietnamese Foodies’ kitchen through huge glass pane windows, where they can watch the process behind some of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes including its signature Pho.
Vietnamese Foodies dishes are reasonably priced with nibbles starting at 11 AED with Pho starting at 25 AED per small bowl.
