Vietnamese Foodies founder plans to expand across the UAE

Vietnamese Foodies founder Lily Noa Nguyen has a vision to serve her food “UAE wide.” With her fifth restaurant in Dubai now open at Dubai Hills Mall, Nguyen is looking to expand outside of the emirate.

In a statement, Vietnamese Foodies said its fifth outlet is bringing its founder “one step closer to realising her vision of offering fresh, delicious Vietnamese food UAE-wide.”

VIETNAMESE FOODIES LAUNCHES FOOD TRUCK CONCEPT

Vietnamese Foodies, the family-owned home of authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the UAE is now mobile through its new food truck concept. Vietnamese Foodies On-The-Move is the latest innovation from the award-winning restaurant.

It joins the restaurant’s five permanent locations; in JLT, Downtown Dubai, Nakheel Mall, Time Out Market Dubai and Dubai Hills Mall; and features 18 menu options that together, represent a selection of the restaurant’s most popular dishes, including its famous 14-hour Pho.

Vietnamese Foodies On-The-Move makes the brand’s most loved dishes available at events across the UAE. The concept will be making its debut at Alserkal Avenue’s Stay A Little Longer Ramadan event from 1-9 of April. It will also appear at Dubai Food Festival’s Etisalat Beach Canteen, taking place 21 April to 7th May.

“Our mission is to bring fresh, healthy Vietnamese food to as many people in the UAE as possible,” said Lily Hoa Nguyen, Vietnamese Foodies’ Founder & Executive Chef. “With now five locations, the launch of Vietnamese Foodies On-The-Move means that our sixth location can be any upcoming event, festival or even a private function.”

For event organisers and owners, the new concept aims to enrich the festival and event experience with the unique experience of fresh and delicious Vietnamese cuisine, prepared using authentic, traditional and healthy techniques.

The news comes as Vietnamese Foodies once again offers its healthy yet nourishing 4-course Iftar special during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Available through delivery or dine-in at four of its five permanent locations – JLT, Downtown Dubai, Nakheel Mall, and Dubai Hills Mall – the Viet-Iftar highlights the fresh, flavourful and filling nature of Vietnamese cuisine for just AED 109 (inclusive of VAT) per person.
